> Social Inclusion
The social inclusion programme has been developed by The Everton
Foundation over a number of years with the aim of providing more
opportunities for young people through the provision of combined
sports and educational activities.
In doing this, the foundation hope to develop self-esteem and
confidence through self-expression and practical performance of all
those who take part.
The Everton Foundation are currently working with a number of programmes focusing on what makes a successful sports performer. The programmes centre around lifestyle elements such as fitness, diet, knowledge and skill, and how these aspects are inter-related and essential to prosper in learning, training and any long-term future employment.
