> Volunteers

The volunteer programme at The Everton Foundation is a pioneering initiative which aims to be benefit The Everton Foundation, but also all of our volunteers who give up their time to support our range of programmes. All of our volunteers have the chance to work in a wide array of activities ranging from coaching in schools or soccer camps to working with girls or disability sections.

Here at The Everton Foundation we value all the time and effort our volunteers provide, so much so that we aim to aid the progress of all volunteers by developing important skills that may benefit them in the future and offer accreditation for all their voluntary activity. Furthermore, our programme also offers additional training opportunities to volunteers such as:
  • First Aid Training / Safeguarding Children Workshops
  • Disability Awareness Training / Coaching Disabled Footballer's Course
  • Coaching Disabled Footballer's Course
  • FA Level 1 Certificate in Coaching Football
  • FA Level 2 Certificate in Coaching Football
  • Junior Football Organisers Courses
  • Sports Leader Award - Level 1 and Level 2
Our vibrant volunteer programme has a database of over 130 active volunteers, 70 of which contribute in excess of 5,000 hours of time and expertise every year. With the number of volunteers always increasing, we aim to provide so much of the good work already done in the community.
